Xbox One X Enhanced - 60 FPS Support

    Much like the title says, I think that on the Xbox One X there should be an option to choose 4k resolution at 30 FPS or "Performance Mode", if you will, which runs the game 1080p at 60 FPS. I think that with the power of the Xbox One X, this is very easily obtainable. However, on the developer implementation side it may be cumbersome - feedback from you guys would be appreciated if this makes it to someone on the design team.

    I play this game both on my PC and Xbox and I seriously think you have captured something magical on console. Not many games feel "right" on the console but Sea of Thieves is one of those gems. The only thing that holds it back in my opinion is its pretty dismal frame rate. 30 FPS is absolutely playable, don't get me wrong, but I think that with many other games offering an option on the Xbox One X Enhanced list allowing a 60 FPS setting then Sea of Thieves should offer this as well.

    I'm not playing on XBOX but I don't see why you guys can't have the option. In fact, I was pretty surprised to learn that this option doesn't exist on the One X for SoT.

    I do just fine on my XB1X with 4K and HDR, but then occasionally I'll see how much faster and smoother everything animates in a PC player's stream and I be like 😍.

    Still waiting for that option.

    I wonder if a Rare official ever made a statement about that.
    While understanding that they want the most stable experience on a console platform for everyone, I wonder why it seems to be such a "secret" topic that no one official wants/is allowed to talk about.

    The PC team did an awesome job on the Windows 10 version, why not providing that 1080p60 option for console?
