4 man trainer sloop

you guys should enable 4 man crews on the smaller brig and sloop.I have 3 friends that are brand new to the game,and there learning but they simply don't grasp everything just yet,so a gallion for them is quite overwhelming and everytime we get ruined.i feel that it would be easier for me to teach them how to play the game on a smaller ship.sure I could split up and do the brig but then 1 man would be out.
