Ghost Pirate Character Skin Vanity Item

Was thinking about the ghost pirates, and with Halloween upcoming thought wouldn't it be cool to have a ghostly look to my pirates avatar like that of the legends in the bar. I also noticed that sometimes when people come back from the ferry of the damned they appear as a glowing green skeleton, would also be cool as a skin.... Er.... Appearance for our pirates this spooky season... And beyond
