Just as pulling the left trigger with the lantern equipped raises it up higher, the tankard should also support such an action via the left trigger to "toast" your crew by raising the mug.

To be honest I was surprised to find that left trigger did nothing with the tankard... I just expected it to toast because... well, why wouldn't it?? 🍻
