There have been many posts about skins resetting during the game and such, which is a clearly a bug. One that I don't encounter thankfully. But I haven't been able to find anything about my specific question/suggestion or whatever you want to call it. If it is somewhere, I do apologize ahead of time.
I'm just really curious why we can't set and save a default setup for our character. Every time I launch a new game, I'm stuck with a sword and sniper, and I never use the sniper. I want my sword and blunderbuss. I should be able to set that, it be saved, and when I load in a new game the next day or whenever, that is still set. The same with applying skins to the boat. After selecting my skin, why can't it just stay as that skin until I change it to something else? I don't want to have to set it every time I log in.
Again, sorry if this is already posted somewhere else. If it is, I'd like to see the thread. Hopefully this is being discussed between the player base, but also at Rare.
