Playing on PC I'm guessing, right? Some people have had to reload the Xbox app on PC I think it was in order for it to register that they have it via the game pass.

I'm on the 14 day game pass trial, I have no clue however if I can play it or not since I stopped playing sea of thieves Saturday night lol. However I am enjoying state of decay and cant wait for part 2 to drop soon. On a side note, tera releases on next Tuesday, but a $30 founder pack and ya can play it today!
ps. this game has potential, but after 10 hrs of play most have noticed how boring and broken the game and mechanics are.
- it's a technical error. they didn't mean to. The game is still offered in the gamepass.

I gave the game to my brother for his birthday. Can he play? He paid zero dollars.Oh or do you mind the many 14 day trial people who paralyze "your" servers on which you cheerfully run Skull Fort Server hopping all the time?

To be honest, I've had well over my $80 worth playing this game already as it is, not including coming updates. several epic encounters with other crews and getting a solo fort against 2 galleons harassing, just unreal the amount of potential in this game. For those who won't pay, good riddance.

Sea of theives along with games like crackdown3 and state of decay2 are listed as being part of the game pass.so if someone has brought game pass which is a monthly service morons which people pay for then they have a right to be annoyed. hopefully its just glitch from the patch.on google search found
The issue is currently specific to Sea of Thieves; the Xbox Live status page confirms that Game Pass access to the title isn't working correctly right now. That page has an unusually terse message stating that the issue is being worked on, and the official Sea of Thieves Twitter account also states as much: "Our team are currently investigating an issue affecting Game Pass players and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. We'll update you as soon as we can."I dont get why there is so much hate for gamepass players. I wasnt interested in this game at all but coz i already have gamepass thought i would give it a go and now i love it it's so much fun. Seems like people are just salty they preordered and paid for it and us gamepass users basically get it for free
