Your absolutely right! I forgot they were doing that c**p! There’s no way rare can plan for an opening day like this when they don’t have a good estimate. I hate they way rare is getting bashed right now

And thousands upon thousands of people who preordered... are playing this game.

There is no official information regarding Game Pass being the issue.

Well there should be a downside to trail and test accounts, I admit. Like quest limits (as in WoW lvl 20) or a fixed game time. On one hand sure there is the issue of endless test accounts for grief/abuse or hacking but on the other hand I see players who want to play only for a month or want to try b4 buy or don't have the money at the moment. All reasons given sure thing it can be good ... but we can indeed complain about feeling double crossed: I paid the full MS Store price. And someone else has paid 1,50 EUR for a month game pass on keystores or simply used the 14d trail period and they even get a 20% discount if they are gonna decide to buy. Jeez idk maybe the store price was a tiny bit too high I guess after all I could have played seven month b4 it pays off. And even would get state of decay 2 or the car race simulation - but I like to support the devs and have a complete version of the game... maybe the gamepass should change in a way that if you pay for like a year the game is rightfully yours and not a loan anymore?

@pastetehydra7 I’m. It not saying the pass is a bad thing. I’m just saying that should have held out a couple weeks to allow rare to take in full release data is all. I think the pass is awesome for the reasons you stated
