After the 4th win you get another option on your quest table / war map - to fight bigger crews/ships. Beware what option you choose !!

I can see this becoming another time waste. Nobody likes to waste time.

They seriously need to just get rid of the "punch up" option. Nobody intentionally uses it and when people accidentally use it they're confused and make posts thinking the game is wildly broken/imbalanced.

It serves no purpose. Get rid of it, Rare.

As is, agree.
But they could do something with it - first off, being another click - "warning, you are ...", before you actually punch up.
Secondly, being increased rewards for punching up (and being victorious).

@jeroenig045 specifically, figbt larger crew is by selecting on the right side of war map. So ensure you're on the left when wanting to dive. Great job getting such a high streak as a new player though

@sweetsandman people do use it sometimes and it can be fun

I think there shouldn’t be a streak requirement at all, it’s a fun option, just sucks that you need to be champ first
