If it's grisly teeth/scales you're looking for, yes.

Pristine teeth/scales come from emergent boar wallows (I've not yet seen any from emergent megs/krakens).

Got a tooth from emergent meg yesterday. My first one in a month.

I'm currently 10/20 for both pristine teeth/scales. I've only found them at emergent wallows so far, zero from megs. Most of the time, the wallows have 5 pieces of gold hoarder loot (whatever), and I have to search elsewhere.
