As the title states I (and my crewmates) have had a reoccurring issue where we just flat out don't get any rewards what so ever for any item turned in to anyone. Its not every time we cash in but at least 8 times in the past 2 weeks we have had hours of gameplay result in nothing for no fault of our own. Its one thing to get bested in a fight but its another thing entirely to do everything right just to come out empty handed because the server said so. I love this game and have put ~1.5k hours into this account but I cant justify spending another second if there is no reason to engage with anything. I can't get commendations, I can't get gold, I can't get reputation. I am perfectly fine if Rare temporarily stops adding new content if it means the content that is here is playable.
To answer some questions in advance; this happened on both a brig and a sloop, populated servers, various times of day. It happens regardless of emissary, regardless of player count, and regardless of haul size. The loot is effectively deleted without any trace of it ever being handed in.
Does anyone know a possible cause to this? Any possible fix? Has anyone else experienced this? Do the Devs know about it?
