Keyboard Input Bug/Glitch

Hi Mates! I have this game breaking bug/glitch that whenever I press a key after 1 second it just stops working. As you can see in the linked video, movement stops after 1 second, I cant open any of the in-game menus, lowering the sails and raising the anchor is slow. My keyboard works just fine in any other games and as you can see its not a ping related issue.Bug video
