Right now mermaid shrine quests are only obtainable from coral bottles that randomly generate along the beaches, and in shipwrecks/ those barrel clusters you can find in the open sea. In my opinion it would be a great addition to add more ways to find these quests than just getting lucky and finding a bottle, one way this could be done is by adding special ocean crawlers and sirens with the ability to drop these quests in a way similar to the skeleton captains you can naturally encounter around the world. Doing this would make finding the ocean shrine quests more reliable for players who might want to do them, and it'd be much easier to identify one of these special enemies than to stumble across a bottle washed up on the shore.
