[Suggestion] Add an option for third person view, optional

    I know this is not a very popular opinion amongst Sea of Thieves players, but I would love to have the option of choosing to see my game from a first person perspective (as it is now) or in third person, optional of course, not forcing it on anybody.
    It’s a shame that I almost never see my own pirate in game and this could make the game more interesting.

    You can already see your pirate by using emotes. The game is designed around the first-person perspective, and I don’t really see the need for adding a third-person option.

    @joequinn3244 emote, sitting interactions etc. Theyre so strict on fov I doubt they would ever consider this as the ui is heavily designed for higher immersion but never say never. I have resisted this idea in the past but honestly people asking for it are never doing so for a pvp advantage that's just always a consideration in the back of my mind.

    Games like dayz that have both the 3rd person peeking gives a huge advantage in pvp looking round corners etc

    Emote. There now you can see your pirate and do something cool :)
