Game version mismatch

Haven't been able to get on insiders for a few days now, says game version mismatch and ive tried everything to fix it. Ive cleared the ps5 cache, rebuilt database, made sure everything was updated correctly, deleted and reinstalled and more, also bought a new power supply for the Xbox just so i could manually look and make sure that was all updated like they said in the ticket response. Submitted a ticket, but all they said was to do what ive already done. Please anyone have a solution?
