'Dive to location' option spawn you to the initial outpost

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Start Merchant Voyage quest from the quest board
    2. Select 'Dive to Location option to be able fast travel to the destination

    Actual Result:
    Once the ship was diving to the sea, after several seconds instead of appearing near the destination the ship is spawning at the outpost where you was sailed away.

    Note: Sometimes you could spend underwater more than 5 minutes before getting back to the outpost or even being dropped from the server.

    Expected Result:

    Player should be successful appear near the destination after Dive to Location.

    I have no idea why this is happening in my sessions but it looks like serious bug and I wonder why this was not seeing before.

    Guys, please confirm if this happens to you too.

    Today was the first time that I got sent to an outpost with my anchor still up and I could interact with everything

    it was like my entire ship black screened but didn't break lol

    much less unpleasant than getting sent to an outpost where I have to either scuttle or leave server.

    My last session had this, dove for a fleet and after a few minutes was sent to an outpost, unable to interact with ship. alt/f4 fixed but had to sail to the fleet event.

    Still the same issue! Need to drop from whole server and join another in hope it won't happen again!

    Seems to happen quite frequently to me. Almost every other voyage it seems. But I just cancel voyage and do it again and 2nd time it works.
