Hey,
so it's a new month and I was about to change the skin of my ship to the relic of darkness hull I earned - but it's missing. I had an emissary value of over a million so I definitely should've unlocked it - and when I look at the emissary status at the order of souls there is a green checkmark on the hull - but it's missing in the ship customisation.
Does it just take a while to show up or what is happening here? All the other items of the other trading companies are there... It's just the relic of darkness hull...
Relic of darkness hull is missing
It can take up to 72 hours for the rewards to show up. And sometimes you get the reward for one before the other. I remember one time it took 2 weeks for one of my rewards to eventually find its way to my chest. I didn’t submit a report because it didn’t matter too much to me at the time and I figure it would work out in the end, which it did. I remember it was a reaper cosmetic but I can’t remember which one, it was quite a while ago.
It’s been about 43 hours since the ledger reset, so give it another 29 hours or so and hopefully it finds its way to you on its own.
