Please rare for the love of god stop making players spend real money for things like pirate apearence potions, ship renaming deeds and guild renaming deeds. For special cosmetics players have a choice wether they want to pay or not but for things that most players will eventually want to do, its stupid to demand real money and a steep price at that. Im sure enough people buy cosmetics still to make your money, it's a very clear example of your priorities to make us pay for stuff like that. I suggest putting apearence potions, ship renaming deeds and guild renaming deeds to a dabloon paywall, so you still have to earn them. Even if for a limited time, everybody who wants to rename their stuff will have a limited opportunity to buy it without paying real money. Please fix your priorities and stop milking money out of playes who have already given you $40 for the game.

@briarboys you paid for the game once and you’re expecting them to never make money any other way? Get real. If you don’t want to buy the stuff, don’t.
@briarboys all their content updates are free also how often are you changing your ship names and pirates look? Iv had the same pirate since launch and iv only changed one ship name just cuz it got my guilds name better
Those paywalls are probably the main reason the game is still going. Like it or not the people who make this game for a living need to, you know, make a living and it's not like they aren't earning the money considering how much content they have been able to give us.
Also, those items in particular are for changes people shouldn't do on a whim, hence the paywall. It's nice that they exist as an option at all.
Besides, if you really need to, there are free workarounds. They're not ideal but you won't have to give any money.
- Appearance - Make a new pirate
- Ship - Buy a new ship
- Guild - Start a new guild
The fact you could do these is also a likely reason they are justified the potions and deeds behind the paywall. Because all of these things should always be done mindfully in the first place.
