So everyone must know there’s just sea at the bottom of the map and I assume it’s just for the PvP event thing. However I believe there’s enough room for a huge island that’s like monkey island but an island that can be accessed in free roam. What I suggested is the island is called fog island that’s surrounded by fog. And maybe some knew npcs on the island such as gorillas and maybe jaguars. It could also be used for a new voyage for players to experience. Like a temple that’s full of treasures and loot. This is what I think anyway.

I enjoy the open sea
for immersion and I like to just sit/sail out there sometimes and read books or listen to music or do whatever I gotta do while I wait for a ship that gets curious and wants to fight and just keep an eye on the server as it develops in the different areas of the map.
As a solo I've always enjoyed incorporating things that keep me chill/productive into the in game experience, for me that has maintained what I personally consider to be a healthy approach and balance to the my gameplay.
I like the crockpot experience of a server and others prefer BBQ or fast food so I understand that to many it's just open space but I see value in it.
I've had a few of those athena tornadoes spawn right on top of me and the potc tall tale thing, was pretty wild.
