Weird mouse glitch when leaving the ship

Since season 8 came out me and my friends sometimes get this weird glitch when we get off a ship.
The mouse controls are gone and we're only able to move with "wasd". As soon as we're able to get back on the ladder and onto the ship the mouse controls are perfectly fine.
It doesn't happen always but on RARE (pun intended) occasions.
Is there any workaround other than killing yourself? (Which doesn't always work but sometimes)
