Why does my game reset? It acts like I am new and I have to select pirate and do the mayden voyage over again. This is the 3rd time I've done it in 5 weeks. I log on weekly for my rewards not sure why it keeps acting like I'm new...... Frustrating

Please keep Insider chat in the Insider forums... if you keep your eyes on the Insider feedback threads you will understand why resets have happened.
Top tips:
Don't get attached to your Insider pirate
You can skip maiden voyage by starting it then quitting.
