Will the title “hunter of the shrouded ghost” be accessible to everyone? I really hope not as is it a show that you are a lucky guy.

If I was a bettin' man I would have lost about 10 bets by now on what I didn't think they would do.
At worst it might be a kinda sorta title that everyone and their momma is gonna wear
I'm more concerned about what kind of cooperation requirement they might add to a time limited adventure which I think would be even worse than the terrible rng requirement of the last.
We shall see.
Maybe this is our chance for a Ghost Hunter title

Having done this now my opinion is.
I would have done 4 player requirement for reasons I post in the thread on the topic.
Imo it really takes away from the mystery of the shrouded ghost. Everyone will feel differently on that but I think one of the best things this game ever did for lore and longevity is create not only the shrouded ghost but the ridiculous rng that went along with it. We killed the legend of our piratical bigfoot for this adventure imo. The rare image of it will now be mountains of footage. It's not only about the title it's about finding her and seeing her for the first time. A huge part of the experience has been nerfed.
The title is better than I was prepared for. It's not an obnoxious one that is closer than it should be. It's its own thing and that's alright. I'm quite pleased with them not doing what they could have done.
How the figurehead access is set up is weird to me.
"It could have been worse" is how I end up feeling about what ended up getting released. When it went down it kind of surprised me how the content operated.
I doubt they would allow you to get the title from this event, it would ruin the greatest hunt this game has which is the hunt for The Shrouded Ghost, it's already bad enough that some players get to first encounter it through an event which I think will take away thrill of actually seeing it in the wild.

no neverYou said you killed it 4 times but also say you want the title which you should have it already and working of the Legendary Hunter title. I don't think anyone has killed it more than 2 or 3 times.
