I could see glowing scars or tattoos work if they are tied to phantoms or the Sea of the Damned

We have a considerable amount of scars now

13 to be exact, my favorite cosmetic type in the whole game. Only problem with them is newer players can only get 2 anytime (Forsaken Ashes & Sunken Sorrow), and one per active season. But very cool for people like me who have most of them! (Missing Hungering One & Bone Crusher Scar)

Tdlr We don't have enough, we need more! (Especially some tied permanently to the game)
