Performance options/counters for Xbox Series X

I've been asking for and opening suggestions for this in the forum for a year or two, unfortunately so far it has never been answered.
At least the ping I think is the most important.

@schwammlgott As an American player, im notnsure it would matter. But for non-american players I have heard matchmaking horror stories, would be nice for them to determine if the ping is just too.much and they should try hopping.

I'm on PC but I see no reason why adding features to the console version would be a bad thing. If players are playing on the same servers, they should have access to the same features.

That also includes graphical and video settings, if that helps to make the game run better.
