Can someone explain where and how to use this emote? I just don’t see what it’s supposed to be. To me it looks like I open a drawer, type something, and rub my hands lol. Is there a specific place to use it? What is it doing?

This emote uses the animation that sea post vendors use. I suppose you could get behind the counter with one of em and do the emote there.
