Fix for Error - The Sea Of Thieves Services are temporarily unavailable

If you're seeing this error and there is no maintenance/known outages going on, and you recently changed your gamertag; then be sure to log out from within the game itself. Restarting the game does not work. You need to click the "sign out" button at the main menu.
