Sword Cosmetic Changes

I got the new Soulflame Cutlass, and this cutlass is glowing in a neon-green colour. However, if you swing it, the trail it leaves behind is the default, gray trail. What if, in cases of glowing or extra fancy swords, the trail is adjusted according to the cutlass' colour. For example, if you swing the Soulflame Cutlass, it leaves behind a neon-green trail. What do you think?
