I wasn’t really sure where to put this because I didn’t see any forum threads that discuss twitch issues so I’m just gonna post this here and hope for the best. So as y’all know the talk like a pirate day twitch event is going on right now and the rewards feature the ancestral ship set. I have watched everyday for over thirty minutes on multiple different twitch streamers streams but I have still yet to receive the cannons capstan and wheel. I even did the thing on twitch where you claim the twitch drops but still nothin. I’m very concerned because I really would like these exclusive items to finish off my set. So if anyone else is having the same issue or if anyone has any ideas on what I might’ve done wrong please feel free to let me know down below!

@vegandestroyer0 Similar problem, Twitch thinks I have all 7 dropped items but my account only shows the Ancestor hull and flag. Hopefully the other items will appear in the next day or two... then a support ticket I guess?
@kensh999 I sure hope so lol this has to be one of my favorite sets in the game so far. Glad to know I’m not the only one with this issue
@vegandestroyer0 after claiming the stuff it can take up to 72 hours until you have it in your inventory...if it's not there in that time you should write a support ticket

@schwammlgott Thank you for the reply! I am still very new to the forums so I don’t really know my way around very well. In the event that I don’t receive the cosmetics within the 72 hour time frame how do I write a support ticket?
@vegandestroyer0 I didn't receive my hull and flag as well. Contacted support, they got back to me with the same instruction of how to link my account (duh!), then told me to wait 72 hours, then told me, "Sadly, there is nothing we can do". Seriously, I just started playing like a week ago and am already asking myself if it's even worth investing any effort in this game when even the support clearly doesn't. It's just sad.
I've think I've gotten every drop since they started twitch drops for SoT (might have missed one or 2 days) I watched every day for this one on multiple channels for over an hour each and was only able to get the cannons only to find out on the last day if you weren't getting them automatically that you have to go into the drops thing on twitch and claim them, it said I was eligible for all of them but i was only able to claim the cannons when i tried claiming the other drops which it said i was eligible for it gave me an error message. So I tried logging out and back in, changing my password and restarting my pc and it still wouldn't work. I went back the next day and the option to try and claim them was gone.
So in summary I got 1 of the 5 drops though i watched every day. Things changed with no communication I could find until it was too late and from other people nothing official. BUT it worked how it's ALWAYS worked before for some (my friend got them all normally) but not for others... It seems that you could only claim the drops you were eligible for on the day they were being dropped (could be wrong but that's how it seemed to work for me). Then when people rightly try to get it all sorted they just get an automated reply telling them how to do something they've already done as proven by the fact they've already received rewards from previous drop events with some from the same drop event.
