Loot despawn timer

    Hello forum,
    I have a question: how long before the loot despawn if I hide it on a island?

    I search around but no sure answers and all of them are pretty old. Anyone can give me the real data on it.

    I feel like it's a decent chunk of time, 2 hours or so sounds about right. Last night we stashed some items on an island and came back later, it had to have been at least an hour or more and they were still there.
