I think Hourglass matches would be a lot better if there was a minimum requirement: every player in the crew should be at least Pirate Legend to queue.
Cheaters often rely on throwaway accounts to ruin matches, and most won’t bother leveling a character all the way to Pirate Legend. By making it so that no crew can vote for Hourglass unless every member is Pirate Legend, we would cut down on the low-level cheater accounts and make the matches much cleaner and fairer.

Not Enough. New players have so many ways to lvl up to PL in just a Day.

You dont know Cheaters, they already have well amount Alts with PL.
I suggest a little..more.
Complete Every Tall Tale Once, fully. Complete Each world event (not a raid) once. Complete all Shrines, Once. Complete all Fortresses, Once. Collect all Lights (lanterns colors) and light all Torches.
Or better Yet. Since its Athena vs Reapers, Lvl each of those factions to level 100 to unlock Hourglass.

This is interesting. As much as I want to agree, it'll be even harder to find a match.
