Edit: The Fandom wiki needs an update; the Bilge Rat's page says 'See the Commendations page for a complete, comprehensive list of Bilge Rat Events & their Commendations.'
But the Commendations page does not list a SINGLE Bilge Rat commendation! Rofl. No wonder I could not wiki the answer.

The Fandom wiki was abandoned because Fandom is terrible. It's just too bad that Google's algorithm is likely going to keep it at the top of search results.
