I won't get any gold back when selling skulls

So recently whenever I've tried to sell my skulls from voyages given by the Order of Skulls I have not got any gold back. This has happened now multiple times and I don't know what to do. I have already lost all skulls from 4 voyages (2,200 gold and counting). It ain't about my network as the netbug stats shows my ping, other players are moving in the world (see my video) and all other services on my PC requiring internet are working perfectly fine.

I know Rare won't make my lost skulls back to me by any means but please fix this bug and make sure other pirates don't have to deal with these kinds of bugs - relating to payoff and profit after playing the game for multiple hours. Really annoying. I won't risk my skulls anymore so Order of Souls can wait.
