Who's idea was it to make Morrow's Peak Outpost's volcano erupt? It's the stupidest idea that was put into this game besides skeleton snipers with god-aimbot. Me and my friends lost all of our hard earned loot trying to sell at Morrow's Peak, just for the volcano to erupt causing us to lose all of it. Not to mention that I got stuck in an infinite loading screen while trying to respawn, and one of my friends couldn't turn his camera when he was off the ship, which happened to me before a while ago. It's unfair to make an outpost's volcano erupt since it's supposed to be a safe place to sell your loot. This is worse than griefers in alliances, and that's pretty bad.
Morrow's Peak and other problems
@red-weenee-head well you could have just sail off and wait till it will stop.
They have already nerfed the volcano too much in the begining it was scary to face a volcanic eruption now its not really scary.
So i dont think they need to change it we all lost treasure from the volcanos we die and learn for the next time.I will back you up on they really need to start focusing on fixing bugs and in game errors its a bit ridiculous sometimes.
However once we get to "safe places" the entire point is "the sea is a very unforgiving maiden, she giveth and she taketh away. Your never truly safe and your never out of her reach, ARR!" The game is not supposed to be an easy mode farm game like minecraft. It is fraught with danger and action to be had by all. Some days you are the king and you make out like legends and others you find yourself stuck in a tree from a geyser knocking you up there WHILEYOUREALISEYOUCANTEVERGETOUTOFTHETREEALLYOUCANDOISLEAVETHEGAMEANDLOSEALLOFYOURTREASUREBECAUSERAREISABUNCHOF... I mean you find yourself at the bottom of the sea without your loot. >.>
P.S.-RARE PLEASE FIX YOUR [Mod Edited] I ENCOUNTER LIKE 10 DIFFERENT BUGS AND GLITCHES ON A DAILY BASIS.
Morrow's peak should erupt. It's a volcano. Anyone can use their knowledge of the world of Sea of Thieves to determine that yes, that is in fact a volcano, and that you might want to be wary of it.
I will admit, my game sense logically told me that MP wouldn't erupt - and I was shocked when it did. Fortunately, it's not as if they removed the warning signs that other volcano's give (glowy red rock, rumbly ground, and the tell-tale growl of a volcano about to erupt followed by black smoke) and it's not as if the dock is very far away from anywhere on the island - it's a pretty small place.

Gosh, there are all sorts of ways you could save your loot when Morrow's Peak erupts. You could sail away when the earthquake starts. You could dump all the loot on the dock, let the ship sink and take shelter until the eruption ends. With enough supplies, you could ride it out and stay below decks on the ship to repair and bail. There's ample warning before an eruption. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but that's part of the challenge of voyaging in the Roar.

@genuine-heather I would add to this as well that there is literally a safe zone on the island in the form of a cave behind the tavern. No eruption can possibly kill you in that cave as it’s literally beneath the volcano itself!
