On current patch with a 2 PC streaming setup, and the game is locking my in-game framerate to the capture card's 60 FPS. Prior to a clean install of Windows 10, toggling between Fullscreen and Windowed mode will place me back at ~120FPS on Fullscreen, but after my recent re-install of Windows 10 it's always locked on 60. Toggling VSYNC does not solve the problem. Setting my Max FPS Cap only works for FPS less than 60, anything above 60 is locked at 60.
Saw an old thread in these forums for this issue a few months ago, and it was locked. Problem's still happening though. Do we have a fix for this yet?
