It feels a long time ago now where Rare posted this during one of the cons they were at - and to be fair, they can encourage but in the end it's the community that makes it so.
@katttruewalker They gave us the tools to succeed and the rope to hang ourselves. A pretty cool community has grown from that! Hats off to them.
Three cheers and a barrel of Grog to Rare! This game is the only one I have played that has actually made me friends just by playing. I'm a SoloSlooper but I'm never alone with this wonderful, helpful community. I can be free to sail as I please and it pleases me to sail these seas. Keep up the good work Rare! This humble Sailor is never long at port and is eager to see what's over the horizon. :-)
