I can't count how many times I have shot somebody multiple times (without them eating a banana) with my pistol, was shown hit markers, and it didn't kill them. This is an extremely common occurrence. Sometimes I could give it the benefit of the doubt and factor in some damage drop off for distance. The thing is, this doesn't just happen at distance. It happens all the time at point blank range. I have had plenty of times where I have shot somebody twice with the pistol point blank and they just eat it as if nothing happens. What is even better is when I hit two shots and then sword them 3 times, without them eating, and they still don't die. What is going on here...

I love cannon combat but I dread going anywhere near other pirates for handgun or sword combat.
What with them teleporting around and instakilling me, yet tanking all five blunderbuss or pistol shots..
All despite my ping being 85-100.The hand to hand combat in this game is a joke, so I just don't bother.
Edit- and let me add, before someone screeches to just "git gud" - it goes both ways, and I've had people miss every shot and me be able to slay them before they react.
