On my account, I can gain reputation and gold but the game does not register my level for voyages. For example, I am level 27 with the Gold Hoarders and have purchased all the available voyage upgrades; but I still only get one or two maps per voyage that only contain 1-2 and occasionally 3 chests. Consistently. Also, to confirm that its not just bad luck, the NPC in the tavern still says to get all my reputation to 5 while I am above 15 with all factions. I enjoy this game but am not going to continue playing if I cant be apart of the progression system so if you could please help me with this issue.
Bug not allowing me to level up.
@shadohcore have you bought the faction upgrades? Not that it matters, just keeps telling you to go to the next 5th level.
thats not a bug, thats how the game is. You can be lvl 48 and still get 1 voyage with only 1 chests and it be a castaway.
As for the NPC in the tavern, theyre just going to keep telling you to level in increments of 5 until you hit 50 in everything which will unlock pirate legend.
Best thing to do is just buy voyages, put one down, if you dont like it cancel and repeat@shadohcore
As far as I can tell since the last patch rare has nerfed gold horder drops. I was getting 4 to 6 chests dropped quite frequently...since patch 50 plus missions without one 6 on them...was level 35+ and limped my way to 40 today hoping to see a change. Cycled thru 20+ as a level 40 nothing higher than 4 x marks the spot drops...Sad the grind has now become unbearable and with them doing it behind our backs....this outrage should grow....i am done until this is fixed. 40/36/37 good luck rare.
