This is occurring using Xbox app. This happens when game is launched from crew screen or shortly after I get in game. Keeps telling me I have no Ethernet connection, as well, but LAN monitor shows no disconnect. So what's the deal today.

There are a number of suggestions on this Xbox page, I think I've encountered something similar once and the Xbox live services in Solution 4 were the problem.
You should do System Restore to overcome from this issue.
-Turn off device not sleep mode
-Press and hold down F11 then turn the device on
-Select Troubleshoot > Advanced or Advanced options > command prompt
-Sign in to your account if asked
-Type the following:
cd then press enter
cd restore then press enter
rstrui.exe then press enter
You will be given an option to restore back to an earlier date when the computer is working fine
I you dont see a date click see more dates or restore dates
