Company Distinction Earrings/General Earring or Jewelry

A small cosmetic feature similar to rings that allows players to wear earrings based on their distinction in a company would be a nice simple gold dump that gives players a new customization option to personalize their Pirate with. This was brought up by someone else in the discord server as well, which inspired me to jump the ring and make the suggestion post
