ok so you drew some imaginary line on the emissary ledger when you added the burning blade because people were exploiting inflated levels of the sword due to bad programming thus punishing people who didnt actually exploit. since you couldnt track who was actually exploiting you just came up with a random number that you thought was impossible to obtain within the 1st week of the patches release thus getting some false positives and punishing innocent people.
yet with this new voyage people could do the same old exploit that comes up every time you add a new voyage to where they can force the same island to be the next island so they could just keep stacking the voyages for easy commendation completion. and because these people exploited you dont want to "cheapen" their "accomplishment" by reducing the commendation numbers? how does this make sense? insanely confusing lately as to what exploits you guys are putting your foot down on and which ones you giving your full support.
you caused a problem by letting exploits run rampant for 6+ years now this constant flip flopping on punishing and not punishing people is getting very confusing. pick a lane... its a pirate game as we all love to say to excuse every bad act. well taking the path of least resistance to achieve an overly accessive goal seems fine but thats also not an excuse to tune something to make more sense. like a person can hit pirate legend in a day now. dont see you caring about cheapening that accomplishment from back when it took a month+ of long grinds
the only thing in this game that holds any pristiege is hourglass curses and most the people with the gold curses have cheated/exploited their way to getting them anyway.
