For the past 2 days I can’t join the game. First in loading screen it stucks at loading supplies and sometimes when i join before I spawn in an island it is stuck at locating fresh supplies. I have tried everything. Uninstall the game and install it again, reset my xbox series s, clearec cache, reset internet connection. Any help regarding this issue?

got exactly the same problem on series s. downloaded the game after a year again and can’t make it into it…. tried all the classic advices as u did. also refresh my microsoft account on the console. nothing works. the only way to play the game at the moment is uninstall it and play it from out of the gamepass cloud which makes it not a 100 percent stable…. maybe i give this a try if u already haven’t.
@deliirious2934 me too since one week. From germany. Internet provider deutschtelekom. With handy connection works but i have limited gb

Same problem here (Series S), tried to play SoT last week after a longer hiatus (two years), can't get past the "Loading supplies"-screen. I'll guess this place won't provide any help.
Update: I upgraded to Series X today and installed SoT, hoping to bypass the issue that way. Unfortunately nothing changed, still stuck at "Loading supplies". So the problem can't be caused by the console's internal cache. Maybe a connection issue? I deactivated UPNP / portforwarding in my router as a test, but it didn't help also. Since someone has written here that (s)he is from Germany and is experiencing the same problems: I use O2 as a provider, they also use the Telekom network here in Cologne. No idea whether the problem could be connected to the provider (e.g. IPv4/IPv6-wise).
