"System" task using A LOT of cpu usage only while playing Sea of thieves

    Hi so i need some help ASAP,

    When i try to play Sea of thieves the "system" task weirdly goes up to 40 procent and beyond ive never noticed it and its even using more CPU usage then the game itself. I have a very very good pc that is able to run anything with easy(specs below) but with this when the system task starts running it ruins my performance and it heats up my CPU with more then 10 degrees.

    Odly enough its only with Sea of thieves not even a single other game and I've tried countless of things to do and without any betterment, It really is annoying since I have never seen this happen that it really is so high and straining on my desktop while it shouldnt.

    Some help please ! i am gratefull for all comments.

    CPU: I9 14900K

    GPU: 4080 super

    MB: Asus rog maximus Z790 hero
    SSD: samsung 990 pro

    AIO: H150I ELITE LCD XT

    RAM: vengeance ddr5 32gb

    @xdragonman15558 Hi! thanks for replying, well its not that i have a bad desktop its pretty decent I can run everything easily but only with SOT I have this its so weird.

    Do you have other tasks open that could be interfering with the system?

    I think it’s just that SoT uses a lot of storage. For me it’s like 115 GB on computer, so I only play it on Xbox.
