Newest Update - Massive lag spikes at seemingly random times.

I have a RTX 7900XT Graphics Card and a Ryzen 7 5800X3D. I've been playing SoT for almost 900 hours, and I have NEVER had such a hard time with random lag spikes as I have with the most recent update. I run at 144 locked, and even with all my setting set to cursed (which I never have to do) my frames are dropping into the 30s for significant periods of time. Is anyone else having this issue???
