can someone tell me the name of these costumes i saw today?

    today i came across 2 players one was in red outfit the other blue outfit with wigs on almost cartoon like but they were wearing a costume that was like a doll or something simlier kind like what sudds looks like that i have never seen before and wanted to ask if someone could tell me the names of them?

    nope those don't look like what i saw they almost looked like dolls as your character i can't find anything in the store that looks like them and i have been googling to figure this out for over an hour but so far i can't figure this out oddly

    maybe it was the lodstar and lunar costumes i see that you can change the hair and beard so somehow i guess they got the characters to looks almost like sudds or something in that manner thanks for your help
