Hi guys. Im trying to figure out why the cpu is overheating when playing SoT. Other games like Rust for example seem to be fine regarding cpu temps which is pretty intense game for cpu loads so i feel like the cpu is working as intended, I haven't changed any settings or done any windows updates, Tried verifing game files through xbox, Reinstalled 3 times already nothing seems to work, Played around with the settings Cursed/Mythical plus tried DX11 & the temps are not budging climbing upwards of 80c almost No matter the setting, Feel like something is corrupt/conflicting with something or the recent patch maybe?. Also the usage seems okay in task manager 30% usage.
Just wanted to add that iv been playing the game for the past week without issues at all & all of a sudden the cpu is going haywire!
Any help or suggestions would be trully appreciated as i don't really know what im doing wrong & im on the verge of pulling hairs haha, Im by no means an expert but im pretty certain everything is set correctly.
