I thought this idea was really cool, we've thought about new ship ideas like the Asian Junker and and the "Man of War" type ship. But what about small sloop and brig types? The viking long ships are short but if you make the brig or sloop longer and have chests next to the cannons as "benches" that hold the cannon balls and one sail, or more sail types? Or design ships in pieces so we can basically make our own ships?

Adding various ships add some +Boon/-Bane modifiers to the ships would be interesting... like a 4 player ship with chaser cannons but requires an additional wheel turn and is only as fast as a sloop with the wind, or a 1/2 player ship that is as fast as a galleon with the wind, but only has 1 deck like the brig, and can sink faster.
but right now I would prefer that the effort is put in there to expand upon the player tools, expand ship cosmetic customization (Lanterns, harpoons, etc) and fix the exploits/bugs.
