Getting lodestar sails and not celestial steed sails

I already owned lodestar sails and never got the Celestial Steed at all. Please note that some of us purely did not receive the Celestial Steed sails. Already had a ticket opened on Community Day and it was closed soon after.

@musicmee Do i have to send in a report or is it done automatically and if i do have to send in a report where would i do that.

I didn't get my Celestial Steed sails, but have recieved the Lodestar ones...

Also wondering if I'll get the C/Steed ones automatically, I didn't think to put a support ticket in!

You probably can just wait it out as long as you claimed them

so far the only person I have seen with access to them is a partner, everyone else still seems to not have them.

I've seen people that open tickets say they got closed and essentially told to wait it out and that they are working on it.

Since you didn't have the lodestar sails it shows that you are in the system by receiving them.
