make barrel ball useful

the issue is that they flooded supplies so now people have stuff all over the place which is a supply issue not a barrel ball issue imo

barrel balls are pretty dangerous/effective when people aren't overflowing with easy to get supplies

crates are risk/reward, even more so in the new content with forced merges

imo making barrel balls overpowered to counter far too many easy-to-get supplies doesn't really do anything positive, it just shifts extremes around a bit
