Servants of the Flame seem to have a profit advantage in matchmaking battles. Majority of the time the Guardian ship they face will have an Athena flag which they can cash in as a Reaper. Guardians, however, often sink Reaper ships with no profit at all since they cannot cash in Reaper flags as part of an Athena emissary.
It would probably be more balanced to allow Athenas who are running Guardians of Fortune to be able to cash in Reaper flags at outposts.
@sp4mm4ge Well conveniently you can do that with the new update. You can sell broken reaper flags to the mysterious stranger.

Hmm, doesn't look like it's in there for some reason. If you want confirmation, there is a commendation linked to turning in flags at the Stranger specifically.
@sp4mm4ge My friend, you are asking them to add something they already implemented, on launch they made it so reaper flags can be turned in to the mysterious stranger now for athena rep.

Thanks. At this point, I have turned in flags to the Stranger. I didn't notice the commendation until you pointed it out.
