Emissary rewards not working

    I was in the highest emissary grade and the rewards do not appear in my inventory. When I see in the emissary book it says that I have it but in the chest no ship's sail appears. didn't give me the Gold Hoarders Inaugural Marauder Sails, Order of Souls Inaugural Grandee Sails, Merchant Alliance Inaugural Commander Sails and Merchants Alliance Inaugural Admiral Sails.

    I didn’t receive my Reaper rewards, but did receive my Athena. I was waiting the “obligatory 72 hours” before I sent a ticket.

    @abjectarity I have the same issue. I received everything instantly but my sail. I know I let 72 hours pass but no sail yet. How do I send a ticket?

    I submitted a ticket and they did not solve anything for me.

    If someone knows what to do or helped him, they can tell me.

    Tickets get ignored over the weekend. Let them get back in the office lol.

    Did they send you a separate reply something along the lines of "we're aware and working on it?"

    Our test team is aware of this issue and is currently investigating it.
    Please keep checking our official website for upcoming announcements.

    and they closed the ticket and put resolved.
    When it is not resolved, they did not tell me to wait so many days and we will give you an answer or we will give you the rewards or anything.

    The desire to continue playing is removed.

    got the same problem in january 2026 season. but support said that i already got them and they listed all items i earned in PREVIOUS seasons (prior january 2026, years ago) , i literally had those items equipped when sailed to earn new ones.
