Download Stuck at 0% Windows 10 Xbox App

For some reason, I have had massive issues attempting to install this game from the Xbox App on Windows 10. It all started with it being stuck at 0%, and it not being able to pause, cancel or anything, and just sit a 0% 0b/s . So, I restarted my computer, and I got my first error, 0x80d03801 . Ended up troubleshooting that by simply looking on the web and trying different things, until I got stuck with the 0x8024001e error code. Did the same thing with the last one, and got rid of it. Ended up getting another error code, 0x00000000, which I couldn't find out how to get rid of, so I left a post on the Microsoft forums. Got the 0x00000000 handled, then it went back to 0% downloading. Was told to uninstall and reinstall the xbox app, did that, then was greeted with the 0x80d03801 . Fixed it again, only to notice that I was going through the exact same loop as before. Currently I'm on the 0% bug, and I've tried everything I could possibly think of to fix it. I don't know what to do, and I have never had this problem installing this game before. I've done it two different times and all of the sudden I'm jumping through hoops trying to fix it. Please help however you can as I am out of options.
